How It Works

  • You tell us what the event is, what matters most, and how you want the video to be used (social, sponsors, internal, recap, etc.).

  • We recommend the right coverage (crew, hours, audio needs, deliverables), lock the scope, and send a simple agreement + invoice to reserve your date.

  • We coordinate schedule, locations, must-capture moments, and any interviews/sponsor needs—so you’re not guessing what we need on the day.

  • We show up early, capture the key moments, grab great audio, and work around your event. We’re quiet, professional, no stress. We’ve run enough live events ourselves to know that the more seamless our team works, the less stress you have to handle.

  • We turn the footage into polished, shareable videos, send a review link for notes, apply revisions, and deliver final files ready to post.
